182 Deputy John Deasy asked the Minister for Health and Children the measures she proposes to cater for access to emergency services for persons who are profoundly deaf and who cannot contact such services orally using the telephone systems; if she plans to establish a centralised texting service for emergency contact such as operates in Northern Ireland; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
