Question:162 Deputy Noel Ahern asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason an exemption on rehabilitation grounds was not extended to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 to allow them continue on their community employment scheme until September 2011; if she will clarify the regulations and confirm it is in order to carry on after your 65th birthday when an exemption exists; and if exemption can be granted again to allow them continue on the scheme.
