327 Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Health and Children her views on the recent judgment of the European Court of Justice on the minimum pricing of tobacco products; if she remains committed to a high tobacco price policy as a deterrent to new smokers; and if she intends to bring forward legislation to prohibit the below cost selling tobacco of products.
