View answerThe Property Services (Regulation) Bill 2009, which provides for the establishment of the Property Services Regulatory Authority on a statutory basis, has completed Second Stage in the Seanad. Amendments to the Bill are currently being drafted and I expect that Committee Stage will be taken in the coming weeks.
