445 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if travel document will be issued to persons (details supplied) in County Kildare who may have to travel outside the State for medical reasons and return notwithstanding judicial process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
