751 Deputy Seymour Crawford asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding a new school building project at a school (details supplied) in County Cavan; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that prefabs are in use at the school for 30 years and that management were led to believe that the project was ready to go ahead; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The sequence for projects which have been approved to progress after the completion of the design stage, is the tender stage followed by the construction stage. Due to industrial action on the part of some staff in the Department of Education and Science, I am not in a position to give the full details sought by the Deputy.
