View answerMy Department's records show that payments under the 2008 Single Payment Scheme and the 2009 Single Payment Scheme issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named; the 2008 advance payment issued on 16 October 2008 and the balancing payment on 1 December 2008, while the full payment under the 2009 Scheme issued on 1 December 2009.
