View answerThe person concerned claimed jobseeker's allowance from 1 February 2010. The inspector has completed her report and a decision will be made on the claim this week. The person concerned is being paid supplementary welfare allowance at the maximum weekly rate of €196.00.

View answerAccording to the records of my Department, the person concerned has not yet applied for a transition pension. In order to have his entitlement formally examined, he should submit a completed application form to this Department for consideration. On receipt of his application, his entitlement will be formally examined and he will be informed of the outcome without delay.
