172 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children if, in view of Health Service Executive Circular 008/10 in respect of cuts to the dental treatment services scheme, she will advise of the types of circumstances in which a person in need of denture repairs will be deemed to have a clinical emergency entitling them to reimbursement under the scheme.
