51 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the degree to which all the various elements of the 2009 legislation under the various Acts passed to combat organised criminal gangs have been implemented; if regulations, directives, instructions or orders have issued to implement the legislation as passed in its entirety; if he will further outline precisely the degree to which the legislation has been successfully employed to achieve its original objective; the number of criminal gang leaders and members who have been apprehended, charged and imprisoned as relevant arising therefrom; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
