307 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 72 of the 6 May 2010, when he expects his Department’s consideration of the Dublin Airport Authority’s business case for the Lynx Cargo Project to be finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This proposal is the subject of ongoing consideration by my Department in conjunction with the DAA and the Lynx Group. This involves the evaluation by the parties concerned of a number of commercial matters. I expect that this process will be concluded in the near future.
