View answerFungi containing psilocin (commonly known as magic mushrooms) are controlled drugs for the purpose of the Misuse of Drugs Act. It is an offence to print or publish any document which advocates or encourages the use of a controlled drug. An offence would be committed if a document containing advice on growing magic mushrooms was published.
