View answerI wish to inform the Deputy that the person in question was granted permission to remain in the State under the IBC/05 scheme in 2005. This permission was renewed in 2007 and is currently valid up to 5 October 2010. The person concerned should present to her local immigration officer 2 weeks before that date for registration of her future permission to remain in the State.
