339 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has appointed, as proposed in the budget 2010, a bord snip for local government; if so, the members of same; the deadline he has set for the group to report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe Local Government Efficiency Review Group has been established and I have asked that it complete its work by mid 2010. The Group's findings and recommendations will then be considered in the appropriate policy and financial contexts. The membership of the Group is as follows:
