359 Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, further to Parliamentary Question No. 757 of 20 April 2010, when an application will be processed in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The contracts of sale have been amended as required and my Department forwarded the deposit monies to the Chief State Solicitor's Office on 14 April 2010. It is now a matter for the solicitors for both sides to prepare the documents with a view to closing the sale.
