418 Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the measures that will be taken to protect the privacy of persons who have submitted papers to the Residential Institutions Redress Board and to ensure that such papers are not released. [21948/10]
View answerSection 28 of the Residential Institutions Redress Act, 2002 provides that both the Board and the Review Committee shall determine the disposal of the documents concerning applications made to them prior to the making of a Dissolution Order by the Minister, pursuant to section 3(3) of the Act. Any such Order requires a positive motion of each House of the Oireachtas.
