446 Deputy Brian Hayes asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills, further Parliamentary Question No. 530 of 18 May 2010, the prefab contracts that have been bought out by her Department to date in tabular form; the amount spent on each contract; the number of contracts, other than those already paid for, that will be bought out in the coming year; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As negotiations are on-going on the buy-out of other contracts the individual amounts spent are not being provided because this information is commercially sensitive.
