106 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children, further to Parliamentary Question No. 221 of 3 February 2010, when a reply will issue from the Health Service Executive. [22601/10]
View answerAs indicated previously to the Deputy the matter was referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply. However, due to industrial action in the Executive it has not been possible for the Executive to provide a substantive response. If the matter raised continues to be of concern, it will be necessary for the Deputy to resubmit the original question again when the current industrial action has been resolved.
