124 Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Transport the amount of money spent on bonuses and performance payments for staff, and the number of staff involved, at the Dublin Airport Authority in each of the past three years; the forecast spend on bonuses for 2010 and 2011; the rationale for such payments; and the proportion of staff potentially eligible for such payments which have been refused in each of the past three years for not having met the relevant performance targets or for any other reason. With the exception of the Chief Executive of the Dublin Airport Authority whose remuneration, in common with that of all other Chief Executives of State Bodies, is set in accordance with Government guidelines, I have no function with regard to the issues raised by the Deputy.
