Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the circumstances whereby a deportation order has been issued in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of the fact that the person has lived and worked in this country for nine years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my detailed Reply to his recent Parliamentary Question, No. 126 of Thursday, 20 May 2010, in this matter. The position in the State of the person concerned is as set out in that Reply. The Deputy will note from that Reply that no Deportation Order has issued in respect of the person concerned.
