I propose to take Questions Nos. 359 and 362 together.

Out of respect for the family's privacy rights I am constrained from going into detail about their personal circumstances. However, I can confirm that the decision by the Reception and Integration Agency (RIA) on the residential location of the persons referred to in the details supplied has been subject to review and that the decision stands. The provision of alternative accommodation for this family in Dublin ensures that they are provided with suitable accommodation and at an appropriate location to meet their needs.
