270 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Health and Children the funding her Department has allocated under A Vision for Change policy to mental health services in south Tipperary every year nationally since 2006; the amount of funding nationally that has been provided to mental health services under this policy every year since 2006; the measures to be provided in 2011 under this policy in south Tipperary; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
