1098 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Law Reform when stamp three will be renewed in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32707/10]
View answerI wish to inform the Deputy that the person in question was granted a Stamp 3 for 5 years on the basis of Long-Term Residency on 8 March 2010. Our records indicate that she has been issued with a Certificate of Registration until 14 December 2013.
I should remind the Deputy that queries in relation to the status of individual Immigration cases may be made direct to INIS by Email using the Oireachtas Mail facility which has been specifically established for this purpose. The service enables up-to-date information on such cases to be obtained without the need to seek this information through the more administratively expensive Parliamentary Questions process.
