1505 Deputy Joe Carey asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received an application for a foreshore licence in respect of a project (details supplied); when a decision will be made in relation to same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department received a foreshore lease application in respect of this project in July 2010. Additional information was sought from the applicant in August and this information is awaited.
