Details of the extent and value of office space in my Department's HQ used for constituency office purposes is a matter for the Office of Public Works, which manages the State's property portfolio. It should also be noted that the telephone costs reflected in the tables relate only to costs incurred in external constituency offices. The telephone billing system in my Department does not allow for the apportionment of costs incurred in office space in HQ used for constituency office purposes.
