View answerThe premises in question is the property of the Department of Justice and Law Reform and was, until recently, in use by the Probation Service for addiction counselling. As I have previously advised the House it is the intention to incorporate Harristown House into the prison estate and accordingly, the House has been made available to the Irish Prison Service. I have been advised by the Director General of the Irish Prison Service that he is currently examining a range of options for the future use of the premises.
