View answerThere are 24 EU directives awaiting transposition into Irish law in my Department of which 3 are overdue. The EU has notified my Department of infringement proceedings on the overdue directives. However, Regulations to transpose all three Directives are at an advanced stage and are expected to be finalised and signed by year end.
