View answerSection 37 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2003 provides that a licence shall not be granted unless the applicant produces a tax clearance certificate. I understand from the Commission for Taxi Regulation that all small public service vehicle licence holders are required to provide the Commission with an annual tax clearance certificate on renewal of their licence.
