133 Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the number of persons in her Department who availed of the incentivised career break arrangements and the net savings to the Exchequer of the initiative. [42083/10]
View answer21 staff from my Department availed of the Special Civil Service Incentive Career Break Scheme 2009. The net savings are expected to be approximately €1,920,000. This figure is based on salary savings plus employers PRSI saving less the incentive payments made to the relevant staff under the Scheme.
