146 Deputy Dinny McGinley asked the Minister for Health and Children the plans that exist for a domestic property at a location (details supplied) in County Kilkenny that is thought to be under consideration for use as a residential home by her Department; if there are plans for a residential home at this location under the auspices of her Department or the Department in conjunction with the Health Service Executive or any other interested body; the section of the community that would benefit from such a home that is addiction services recipients, ex-offenders; the number of residents anticipated at any one time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
