356 Deputy Michael Noonan asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation the number of jobs created by the Industrial Development Agency in Limerick city and county in each of the years from 2000 to date in 2010 inclusive; if he will give comparative figures for Cork city and county; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Forfás Annual Employment Survey reports on job gains and losses in companies that are supported by the industrial development agencies. Data is compiled on an annualized basis and is aggregated at county level. Figures for 2010 are not yet available.

Details of the number of new jobs created in IDA supported companies in counties Limerick and Cork in each of the years 2000 to 2009 are set out in the following tabular statement.
