19 Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the steps he has taken to implement Directive No. 91/271/EEC concerning the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors; the adverse effects caused by the discharge of such waters; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
