View answerAn application under the 2009 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 15 May 2009. This application was processed and payment under the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme issued on 21 September 2009. The advance and balancing payments under the Single Payment Scheme issued respectively on 19 October and 1 December 2009. All payments issued directly to the nominated back account of the person named.
