View answerSt Luke's Hospital Rathgar was subsumed into the Health Service Executive on 1 August 2010 under the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2010 (No.18 of 2010). It is intended that the radiation oncology facilities will remain at the hospital until at least 2014.
