I propose to take Questions Nos. 328 and 335 together.

The Health Service Executive advised that payment of rent supplement ceased as the rent payable by the person concerned was in excess of the limit for his family size. The person concerned appealed this decision to the HSE Appeals Office and the decision was upheld.

The Health Service Executive advised that the person concerned is in receipt of rent supplement at the maximum rate appropriate to his circumstances.
