The Health Service Executive advised that payment of rent supplement ceased as the rent payable by the person concerned was in excess of the limit for his family size. The person concerned appealed this decision to the HSE Appeals Office and the decision was upheld.
329 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Social Protection if a person (details supplied) in County Cork is entitled to rent allowance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3322/11]
