327 Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will clarify his position on the agri-environment options scheme for 2011; if it will reopen to accept the 10,000 farmers who will be leaving REP scheme 3 by mid May; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am currently concluding a review of last year's scheme, on the basis of which, and subject to the expenditure ceilings set out in the National Recovery Plan 2011-2014, I will very shortly make an announcement in relation to the position for 2011.
