48 Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Taoiseach if he will withdraw the Government’s Supreme Court appeal to the Doherty decision which was secured in the High Court and which related to the filling of a casual vacancy in the Donegal South-West constituency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
