100 Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Finance if the opening months and times are being altered or restricted in respect of llnacullin — Garnish Island; if the effect this will have on tourists visiting the area for the Easter break over the next five years has been examined; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to confirm that the Island opened to visitors on the 1st of April, and will remain open until the end of September. This period covers the same period of opening as previous years. It is the intention of OPW to continue to operate these opening and closing dates over the next number of years subject to resources being made available.
