View answerThe Health Service Executive (HSE) has advised that the person concerned was refused a rent supplement on the grounds that his rent was in excess of the prescribed rent limit for a single person. The person concerned also failed to provide the HSE with supporting documentation in relation to his household composition.

View answerThe person concerned applied for jobseeker's allowance on 18 January 2011. A decision has not yet been made on her application as some details requested by the deciding officer are still outstanding.
