449 Deputy Tom Barry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if his Department has a shareholding in a company (details supplied); if so, the percentage of same; if there was a tendering process prior to the appointment of the company to its role in the monitoring of the use of farm-saved seed and the collection of royalties for same; if there is a cost to the State associated with the operation of the company; and if there is, the cost of same annually.
