View answerThe Office of Public Works has decided to transfer the property at Knockaunglass, Athenry, County Galway to Galway County Council by way of licence. OPW advises that the legal formalities on this issue are currently being addressed by the Chief State Solicitor, and that the County Council is aware of the details pertaining to the OPW decision.
