View answerOver the past decade, expenditure of some €6,500 was incurred by my Department on the hiring of public relations companies. This arose in 2002 when my Department's Press Office engaged the services of a public relations company to give advice on a public relations strategy. The Department's press office generally deals with all media queries and public relations matters.
