230 Deputy Paudie Coffey asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the amount of office rental paid by an agency (details supplied) and its sub-agencies; the location of the offices; their landlords for the years 2008, 2009, 2010 and to date in 2011; the length of the leases in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. InterTradeIreland is the North South Trade and Business Development Implementation Body and is based at the Old Gasworks Business Park, Kilmorey Street, Newry, Co. Down. This is the Body's only premises which is leased from Clanrye Abbey Developments with rent being paid on a quarterly basis. The annual rent (Sterling) is as follows: 2008-2011 £162,500 + VAT per annum. The current lease runs to the 9 September 2016. InterTradeIreland has no sub-agencies.
