View answerInterTradeIreland is the North South Trade and Business Development Implementation Body and is based at the Old Gasworks Business Park, Kilmorey Street, Newry, Co. Down. This is the Body's only premises which is leased from Clanrye Abbey Developments with rent being paid on a quarterly basis. The annual rent (Sterling) is as follows: 2008-2011 £162,500 + VAT per annum. The current lease runs to the 9 September 2016. InterTradeIreland has no sub-agencies.
