277 Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the names and salaries of every special adviser appointed by every cabinet member and Minister of State since the new Government came to office on 9 March 2011; and if he will give the same details for any other advisers appointed. Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport (Deputy Leo Varadkar)

The names of the two special advisors in my Department are Mr. Nick Miller and Mr. Brian Murphy.

The remuneration of Mr. Brian Murphy is still being finalised and Mr. Miller's salary is €80,051 per annum.
