Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason Home Bond is refusing to carry out remedial works at a project (details supplied) in Dublin 15; the reason commitment of 13 October 2010 to carry out these works is not being honoured; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
