View answerI am advised by Revenue that the company concerned has a significant tax debt. Revenue has worked with the company over the last 18 months to alleviate cash flow pressures that gave rise to tax payment delays. The company concerned has failed to put the payment of tax debts as they arise on a timely footing, despite being put on notice by Revenue of the importance of doing so. I am advised by Revenue that it is not in a position to enter into any further arrangement with the company as regards payment of its tax debts and that the company needs to make appropriate alternative arrangements to address any cash flow issues impacting on the timeliness of its compliance with Revenue requirements.
