341 Deputy Olivia Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, further to Parliamentary Question No. 63 of 7 April 2011, when he will be in a position to include in legislation the exemption of the clawback charge applying to those who bought pre-2009; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is intended to include such provision in the proposed Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2011. Drafting of this bill was approved by Government on 26 July 2011.
