View answerUnder the Redundancy Payments Scheme all eligible employees are entitled to a statutory redundancy lump sum payment on being made redundant. In this case no claim appears to have been submitted for the individual concerned.

View answerThe Redundancy Payments system indicates that a lump sum payment was authorised for the individual concerned on the 9 March, 2011 and a cheque was issued for an amount of 21,072.66 euros. If the applicant has not received his payment a re-issue of his cheque will be arranged as a matter of urgency.
