An application for a certificate of naturalisation from the person referred to in the Deputy's Question was received in the Citizenship Section of my Department in November 2010. On examination of the application submitted, it was determined that the application be returned in its entirety to the person concerned for further attention on 23 November, 2010. In order to be fair to all applicants, only valid applications can be considered.
