Following a successful appeal the person named was informed by letter dated 1st May 2011 of their approval for participation in the Agri-Environment Options Scheme with effect from 1st November 2011.

Under the EU regulations governing the scheme and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, must be completed before any payment can issue. There has been a delay in processing this application due to the appeal process. However, the case is now being examined with a view to early payment or notification to the person named of any query arising.
